There is a place in San Casciano where you can eat and drink all day, it is not far from our shop, it has the same coordinates as Gusto. As you step into the shop, venture left, and you’ll discover a delightful bistro area, surrounded by over 400 labels from our wine shop. It’s that cozy spot you didn’t know you were looking for!

Our bistro follows our philosophy: eating and drinking well, very well, all within a warm, informal, and convivial atmosphere. Simple and seasonal dishes, crafted using products from our shop and the bountiful vegetables from the bioactive garden. Pair them with our wine selection, allowing you to go around Italy and France, one sip at a time. Or perhaps two!
Through our dishes, we want to pay homage to Italian gastronomy—and Tuscan cuisine in particular—able to meet every taste and dietary need, to which we pay special attention.
Fresh long or stuffed pasta, gnudi, pappa al pomodoro, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, boards with our selections of cured meats and cheeses, crostini with butter and anchovies (also available with gluten-free bread and lactose-free “Burrolio”), with chicken liver pâté or our vegetable ragù, creamed cod, meat and fish mains, big salads, and roasted vegetables.

The sweet side can never be missing, always inspired by our taste of the day. You’ll always find zuccotto, tarts, and the irresistible Dai Dai ice-cream bites, while the rest is a surprise.
Lunches, afternoon snacks, aperitivi, dinners… in our bistrot in San Casciano we don’t want to force meals into a strict name or time slot. Cravings and appetite can ring the bell at any moment, in every season—and in summer, you can enjoy our outdoor terrace too.
What changes is the atmosphere: lively and indulgent during the day, intimate and mellow in the evening.
