Magazzino’s tastings experience

A sensorial experience that will involve sight, smell and, of course, taste.

Magazzino del Gusto offers guided tastings of wine and extra virgin olive oil, available every day upon reservation.

With the first, we want to convey to the taster the importance of the terroir (that is soils, climates, exposures, traditional winemaking, human factors in the vineyard…) and to point out how a wine changes depending on the production area even if the grapevine is always the same. With the second ones we want to transmit to the taster the importance of the cultivar and the variety of quality oils that we produce from north to south Italy, with a special consideration to the Tuscany area.

During each tasting, you can find gastronomic combinations of products for sale in the shop and tastings of cheeses from local small producers, bread and schiacciatine.

We are available to customize tastings on specific requests, both on the quantity and on the type of wines and oils.
