Simple and seasonal dishes<\/b>, crafted using products from our shop<\/b> and the bountiful vegetables from the bioactive garden<\/b>. Pair them with our wine selection<\/b>, allowing you to go around Italy and France, one sip at a time. Or perhaps two!<\/p>\n

Through our dishes, we want to pay homage to Italian gastronomy<\/strong>\u2014and Tuscan cuisine<\/strong> in particular\u2014able to meet every taste and dietary need, to which we pay special attention.<\/p>\n

Fresh long or stuffed pasta, gnudi<\/em>, pappa al pomodoro<\/em>, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, boards with our selections of cured meats and cheeses, crostini with butter and anchovies (also available with gluten-free bread and lactose-free \u201cBurrolio\u201d), with chicken liver p\u00e2t\u00e9 or our vegetable rag\u00f9, creamed cod, meat and fish mains, big salads, and roasted vegetables.
Antonio, Nearco, and Katiuscia never stop imagining\u2014and just as often kneading and baking!<\/p>\n

The sweet side can never be missing, always inspired by our taste of the day<\/strong>. You\u2019ll always find zuccotto<\/em>, tarts, and the irresistible Dai Dai<\/em> ice-cream bites, while the rest is a surprise.<\/p>\n
