11.00 am Meeting at “Castello di Gabbiano” wine shop. Tour and tasting at the historical wine cellars.
12.30 pm EQOO Extra Quality olive oil tasting (three oils) at “Magazzino del Gusto”
Lunch with natural products from the vegetable garden, tasting of four Sangiovese based wine.
15.00 pm Short visit of the bio-active vegetable garden

15.00 pm Meeting at “Podere la Villa Tachis”, Via Argiano n. 23 San Casciano Val di Pesa and visit at the bio-active vegetable garden and family cellar.
16.30 pm EQOO Extra Quality olive oil tasting (three oils) at “Magazzino del Gusto” snack with our products and welcome wine glass.
18.00 pm Visit of the Historical cellar at “Castello di Gabbiano”
19.30 pm Tasting menu with wine pairing at the Restaurant “Il Cavaliere” at Castello di Gabbiano
22.00 pm End of the experience
